VI. Submission Guidelines
- Themes, submission procedures, work specifications, prizes, and other requirements are governed by the specific guidelines for each category.
- Participants must complete their works according to the requirements of their chosen categories, fill out the registration information, and upload their works through the official event website.
- The number of entries and awards permitted per participant is subject to the rules of each category.
- If submissions do not meet the standards established by the judges, the judging committee may recommend withholding prizes or adjusting award rankings.
- This event qualifies for Ming Chuan University's "10 Pillars Education – Aesthetics" certification.
- Requirements concerning originality, generative AI usage, copyright, portrait rights, and other creative matters are governed by the guidelines for each category. Participants are responsible for any legal consequences arising from violations. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants or winners and revoke prizes and monetary awards.
- Copyright of award-winning works remains with their respective authors. However, winners must grant Ming Chuan University a royalty-free license to use their works for award exhibitions, publications, publicity, and related promotional activities.
- Personal information submitted by participants will be used solely for the administration of the awards and event-related communications, in accordance with Ming Chuan University's personal data protection regulations.
- Award winners must provide a clear half-length photograph and a reflection of no more than 100 Chinese characters, and attend the 38th MCU Literary and Arts Awards Ceremony. The date and venue will be announced separately.
- Monetary awards will be granted in accordance with Ming Chuan University's Regulations Governing Literary and Arts Student Scholarships and are subject to withholding and reporting requirements under the tax laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

VI. Lucky Draw
All participants who successfully submit an entry and meet the eligibility requirements will qualify for the lucky draw. Each submission to a different category earns one additional chance to win.
The prize is a vivo V70 FE smartphone, sponsored by vivo. The winner will be selected through a public drawing after the submission period and announced separately.
**In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and other language versions of these guidelines, the Chinese version shall prevail.**
