專屬銘傳人的文藝傳統

銘傳大學為鼓勵學生參與文藝創作,讓校園充滿人文的修養。由祕書處負責籌辦「銘傳文藝獎」徵文活動,藉由寫作涵煦心境,透過讀書改變氣質。

本項徵文活動,每學年度舉辦一次,徵文項目包括小說類(中文小說)、散文類(中文、英文、主題文學)、詩類(現代詩、英文詩、古典詩)、及影像類(校園攝影、自由攝影、微電影),共四大類十小組。

Arts Awards are hosted by the Journalism Section of the General Secretary's Division to encourage students to participate in literary creation and enhance humanities on campus. It is hoped that students can cultivate their temperaments via reading and nourish their minds via writing.

MCU Literary and Arts Awards is held once per academic year, and the submissions include unpublished novels (Chinese), prose (English and Chinese, topical), poetry (modern Chinese, classical Chinese, and English), and Image (campus photography ,free-style photography and Short Film).

五、收件日期:105年11月21日至106年3月7日止。

六、徵文說明:

  1. 投稿者,均須至活動官方網站完成報名手續。
  2. 各組獎次、獎金、投稿方式、投稿限制、評審辦法、版權聲明等,依各組徵件細則辦理。
  3. 投稿方式:
    ●文字類組:將參賽作品依指定格式請上傳至活動官方網站
    ●影像類-攝影組:將參賽作品沖洗4*6,送交台北、桃園兩校區《銘傳一週》辦公室(台北音樂廳旁、桃園P棟中庭)、金門分部行政組;或郵寄「111台北市中山北路五段250號/銘傳文藝獎 收」。
    ●影像類-微電影組:將參賽作品依指定格式上傳至YouTube,再至活動官方網站登錄該影片網址。
  4. 每人每組投稿件數限5件,每人每組得獎數以最佳成績二件為限。
  5. 各組投稿作品如未臻水準,評審老師得建議調整獎項。
  6. 投稿作品須未在任何書籍、報刊雜誌、網路平台發表,亦不得侵權或抄襲,若經檢舉或告發屬實,作者除需自負法律責任外,主辦單位亦將取消參賽或得獎資格,追回獎項與獎金。
  7. 得獎作品之著作權為作者所有,並無償授權本校得以任何方式使用該著作。
  8. 因應個人資料保護法,投稿者檢附的報名資料,僅供銘傳大學辦理文藝獎使用、非經當事人同意,絕不閍做其他用途,亦不會公佈任何資訊,並遵循本校資料保存與安全控管辦理 (詳細個資管理可參閱「銘傳大學個人資料保護管理要點」與「銘傳大學個人資料保護專區」http://pims.mcu.edu.tw/)。
  9. 得獎同學須繳交個人清晰半身照及100字以內得獎心得,並出席第28屆銘傳文藝獎頒獎典禮 (預訂於106年4月舉行)。有課者核給公假,如未能出席典禮,視同放棄獲獎資格。
  10. 本活動獎金為勞務所得,將依中華民國稅法規定代為扣繳及申報。

VI. Making a Submission

  1. Before submission, please complete your registration first. Please download the submission form for each section.
  2. For details about prizes, monetary awards, submission rules, submission form, evaluation procedures and copyright, please refer to the Enforcement Rules of each section.
  3. Methods:
    (1)All written submissions must be uploaded to the designated website according to specifications.
    (2)Images – Photography Section: Submissions should be personally delivered to the MC Weekly Office on Taipei Campus or on Taoyuan Campus, or Administration Section at Kinmen Location. Works may also be sent to the MCU Literary and Arts Awards, 250 Zhong-Shan N. Road, Section 5, Taipei 111.)
    (3)Images - Short Film Section: Submissions should be uploaded to YouTube in the designated format and the URL of the video registered on the designated website.
  4. Each student is limited to five submissions per category, and persons who submit multiple winning entries in a given section will receive no more than two prizes.
  5. If no works reach the award standards, the reviewers may suggest no prize be awarded. 6.Submissions must be submitted under the student’s own name without having been previously published, publically presented in any form, be in tort or plagiarized.
  6. Any awarded works proved to be plagiarized or in violation of Copyright Law will have the award rescinded or be disqualified.
  7. The intellectual property rights for all prize-winning works will belong to the authors/photographers; however, MCU possesses the right of usage.
  8. In accordance with Personal Information Protection Act, the information collected with the submission is only for the purposes of MCU Literary and Arts Awards. Information is processed according to Ming Chuan University (MCU) information maintenance and security management regulations and shall not be disclosed or provided to any third party without prior consent, nor transferred for any other uses.   9. Award-winning students must be present at the 28th MCU Literary and Arts Awards Ceremony to be held on Taipei Campus in the 2nd semester of 2016-04 and must submit a photograph of the awardee and an explanation of the significance of the work of 100 characters/words in length. Awardees will be given official leave from classes that day. Any absence will be taken as forfeiting the award.
  10. The award amount is a kind of labor income, so tax deductions apply in accordance with Tax Law of the Republic of China.
