圖書館12/19啟用Alma

本校、淡江大學與東吳大學三校圖書館經過一年多的合作與建置，預計於2019/12/19 (四)共同啟用世界知名的新一代圖書館自動化系統 (Alma)，透過雲端技術與開放式介面的服務架構，加強系統與資源的整合，以提升圖書館作業的流暢性與處理效率，並提供全校師生更優質的服務與體驗。

圖書館於新舊系統轉換過程中，必須於短期間暫停部份服務及功能，難免造成不便，感謝所有師生的配合與體諒。各項服務暫停時間與說明，詳列如下表，請留意並惠予配合處理。

時程	服務內容異動
2019/12/09 (一) ~ 12/18 (三)	暫停預約服務如您預約的館藏無法於12/09(一)前取得，無論是跨館調閱或等候取件，都將失效。於12/19(四)新系統上線後，若您仍有此需要，請於新系統重新預約一次。
2019/12/16 (一)	暫停個人化服務若您有需要保留舊系統之「個人借閱歷史」及「我的儲存清單」等紀錄，請於12/15(日)前自行儲存，操作方法請參考如何匯出圖書館借閱歷史紀錄指引。
2019/12/16 (一) ~ 12/18 (三)	進行系統轉換，暫停以下服務：借書、還書、續借、取預約書繳納滯還金、賠書辦證開卡、讀者檔資料異動 (含畢業、休學、續聘、離職) 館際合作借書服務
2019/12/19 (四)	新系統上線，所有服務恢復正常。

Time	Service Change
Dec. 9, 2019 (Mon.) ~ Dec. 18, 2019 (Wed.)	Library online catalog is available for inquiry only Materials reservation service will be temporarily suspended, including inter-campus library loan service, closed stack loan service and requests for materials on loan. Holds on materials not yet available before Dec. 9, 2019 (Mon.) would all become invalid, readers have to resubmit a new hold after Dec. 19 (Thu.) on the new MCU Library System.
Dec. 16, 2019	Personalized service is temporarily suspended Under My Account, none of the records in History or Holds will be transferred into the new MCU Library System; readers can save or export related records they need on their own prior to Dec. 15, 2019. If you need assistance, please refer to the guidance at “How to Explore your Previous Loan Records”.
Dec. 16, 2019 (Mon.) ~ Dec. 18, 2019 (Wed.)	The following services will be temporarily suspended during the period of system conversion: Check out book, book return, book renewal, and reserved materials pick-up Fine payment, and compensation charged for lost items Library card application, reader information management (including graduation, study leave, contract renewal, and resignation) Inter-library cooperation book loan service
Dec. 19, 2019 (Thu.)	The new MCU Library System goes into operation and all Library services will be resumed.
