【865ENews】Monetary award for students completing English Proficiency Tests

by Vickey Hsu Have you passed any English proficiency tests this year? If you have taken any of the following English proficiency tests, you might be eligible to apply for a monetary award from Ming Chuan University. If you have completed any of GEPT, TOEIC, TOEFL-iBT, CSEPT, IELTS, FLPT-English or BULATS between June 1 to October 31, 2013, and present a transcript of your results, you may be eligible for an award of 500NTD to 2000NTD upon application. There are two application dates, (Date 1) October 21 to November 1 at 4pm and (Date 2) December 14; the location for applying is at the English Language Center. You will need to prepare the following documents. (1) The original and a copy of the transcript (The original document will be returned to you after the application process.) (2) The original and a copy of your National Identification Card (3) The original and a copy of you Student ID Card (Please note that your Student ID card must have the 102 Academic Year Registration stamp on the back.) (4) International students, please have a copy of your ARC and passport with you ready for application. After the application is accepted, students who apply during the Date 1 application period may collect the award between November 11 to November-22,, 4pm. For those who apply on Date 2, the date for collecting the award will be announced in the 2nd semester.
