■Ming Chuan Literature Awards Ceremony The 2011 Ming Chuan Literature Awards Ceremony organized by the News and Media Section of General Secretary’s Division will be held this Wednesday (12/14) at 1 p.m. in the International Conference Room (S104) on Taoyuan Campus. This year, 3,000 submissions were received to be considered for the award approximately. And the winners in all nine categories will be announced after careful reviews by 26 judges. So, come along and find out who the winners are! ■Course Registration for Spring 2012 Course registration fro Spring 2012 continues today (12/12) at noon for the sophomore and freshman students. Students should register during the assigned registration time. Other information regarding course registration schedule and process are available on the Academic Affairs Division’s website. The use of computer in the lab classrooms is first come, first served. Students are reminded not to save and occupy computers for friends and classmates. In addition, food and drink is strictly prohibited in the labs. ■Cake Decorating Contest The Hospitality Professional Training of the Hospitality Management Department will be hosting a cake decoration contest this Tuesday (12/13) at noon in the P Building Pavilion. Contestants will be provided with sponge cake, fresh cream, chocolate sprinkles, and other cake decoration tools to work with. A panel of professional judges will be judging and announcing the winners on-site. Come and check out who makes the most lavishly decorated cake!
