by Vina Frederic International students interested in maintaining good mental health whilst engaging in self-exploration and planning their future career path are encouraged by the Career Planning and Counseling Division (CPCD) to sign up for one of four seminars. The seminars on Emotional and Stress Management, The Art of Interpersonal Communication, Managing your Time and More than a job—Your passion Your vocation are available for class sections to select. Class advisors will assist students in deciding which area they are most interested in and signing up with the CPCD office in order to schedule a suitable time for the in-class consultation. These seminars are held for class cohorts, not individual students. For this semester, only two class sections from each campus. Students are strongly encouraged to not miss out on this wonderful opportunity to learn more about themselves and begin to tailor their future career paths
