Back to School! Semester Begins on Feb. 24 with Course Add/Drop Period
The second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year at Ming Chuan University will begin on Tuesday, February 24. We warmly welcome everyone back to campus to begin a new academic journey!
Online course add/drop will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, February 23. Registration will open in stages by grade level, starting with senior students (fourth-year students and fifth-year Architecture students). Students who wish to enroll in courses offered by other departments, online courses (Accounting and Economics), or retake required courses with other classes should take advantage of the designated registration period and complete the add process through the “Student Information System.”
Students who previously used the “Cloud Course Selection Agent System” may log in to the Student Information System and check their “Class Schedule” starting at 10:00 a.m. on the day their grade level is scheduled to register in order to view the results.
Please note that the Cloud Course Selection Agent System processes course enrollment according to students’ preference rankings and does not guarantee successful registration in all selected courses. Students must go online to confirm their enrollment results or add courses manually if necessary. Required courses for your original class may not be dropped independently, and only one section may be selected for the same course. If a class reaches full capacity during the add/drop period, the system will automatically activate a waitlist mechanism. Should a seat become available due to a student dropping the course, the next student on the waitlist will be enrolled accordingly. Students with schedule conflicts or those exceeding the maximum credit limit will not be eligible for waitlist enrollment. No further waitlist processing will occur after the add/drop deadline.
According to university regulations, regular undergraduate students may enroll in a maximum of 25 credits per semester. The final add/drop results will be announced starting at 12:30 p.m. on March 5. Students are advised to log in and verify their course schedules online.
The Academic Affairs Division reminds students that those who have not completed payment of tuition and fees will be unable to access the course registration system. Please complete payment promptly through the designated payment channels in order to log in and complete course registration.
