by Teng-Seng Lu In order to encourage MCU faculty, staff and students in the habit of regular exercise, the Physical Education Office is providing sports venues, equipments, and incentives to them so that they will exercise more often to stay healthy. From now until June 11, those who exercise at least 30 minutes each time, 3 times each week can get a stamp in their Exercise Passport from the Physical Education Office. Those who have collected 24 stamps will receive a commendation and a T-shirt, while the first 100 people who have collected 36 stamps will receive a merit and a T-shirt. The Exercise Passport can be obtained from the office. In addition, the Taipei Fitness Center is open on weekdays from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm. There is plenty of workout equipment provided in the Center. Those who are interested can register as a member in Physical Education Office.
