Their objective was to negotiate and sign a contract for 200 exchange students come to Ming Chuan for one year of study. FuZhou University is currently rated number two among institutions of higher education in Fukien Province. Once a good relationship and cooperative model is built with them, it could be applied to other excellent schools as well.
