In alignment with Taiwan’s policy to retain outstanding foreign professionals and Ming Chuan University’s “7+1 Internship Program” for graduation and employment, the International College’s Tourism and Tourism Program continues to deepen its collaboration with industry partners. On March 26, Cathay Hospitality Management invited students for an insightful visit to Coszi Blu Hotel, a key hospitality landmark near Taoyuan HSR Station.
Led by Director Mei-Jui Sun and Professor Pei-Ju Chao, senior/junior students were warmly welcomed by the hotel team. The guided tour introduced students to the hotel’s facilities, operations, and strategic partnerships with surrounding businesses, showcasing the hotel’s innovative approach to integrated management.
Importantly, Coszi Blu Hotel offers international students internship opportunities and full-time positions after graduation. These include front office, food & beverage services, housekeeping, and roles with managerial responsibilities—providing a solid foundation for career advancement in Taiwan’s hospitality industry.
Looking ahead, Ming Chuan University’s International College will continue collaborating with Cathay Hospitality Group to create diverse and meaningful career pathways for international students, advancing the goal of internationalized higher education and talent co-development with local enterprises.
