The “2023 Top 30 Corporate Favored University Students” was published by Global Views Monthly on February 20. According to the “Corporate Favored University Students Survey” conducted among listed companies in Taiwan, Ming Chuan University has been ranked highly for consecutive years, as the “Best University for Employability” in the minds of business owners.
In the “Top 5 Corporate Evaluation of Graduates in Academic Fields” sub-survey, Ming Chuan University was ranked fourth in the category of tourism and leisure, indicating that with the increase in demand for manpower after the lifting of pandemic restrictions, MCU graduates have been able to make a name for themselves in the tourism industry, capturing the attention and affirmation of corporate owners.
The Dean of the MCU School of Tourism, Dr. Ching-Rong Lin, said that the School of Tourism at MCU is one of the top 100 academic institutions for tourism in the world, and it upholds the spirit of integrating learning and application. In recent years, MCU has invested heavily in VR/AR, tourism technology, and branding and marketing communications to train students to become cross-disciplinary talents, the results of which are gradually spreading and have been recognized by business owners.
