International Affairs and Diplomacy Program of International College will host an academic seminar on Revisiting Concepts of Dynamics of Globalization: Analyzing Actors from Individuals to Collectivities in J616 meeting room of Jihe Complex on April 11 (Saturday). The keynote speaker that day will be Dr. Tsai Ming-Yen of Graduate Institute of International Politics from National Chung Hsing University; he will speak on the Impact of U.S Foreign Strategy in the Asia Pacific Region.
