On Dec. 3, President Lee and the Vice President of Shenyang Normal University (SYNU), Dr. Lee, Tie-Chun, signed an academic cooperation agreement on Taoyuan campus and the two universities have officially become sister schools. SYNU, affiliated with the People’s Government of Liao-Ning Province, is a comprehensive university offering courses in nine major academic fields including philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering science, management and arts.
