Those faculty members and students who are interested in literary works and photography will be pleased to get their hands on a copy. You can pick up on from display cases in Ming Chuan Weekly’s office, the libraries or the Innovation Center on Taoyuan campus. For your convenience, you can also download the electric vision via the web site: http://www.magazine.mcu.edu.tw This year’s Literary Prize publication, which contains winning writers’ and photographers’ impressions and experiences, was printed with an energetic cover to show the enthusiastic spirit of Ming Chuan students. To commemorate the fine efforts of the participants, all the winning works among each section and category from writing and photography groups are published in this special edition. This year, foreign students had excellent works in different sections. In the Introduction, President Chuan Lee stated the mission of setting up the MCU Literary Prize is to cultivate a literary spirit on campus. Moreover, President Lee encouraged more students to join the next year’s literary prize activity. Next year is the 25th MCU Literary Prize; organizers are going to prepare a retrospective show to look back over memories from the past 25 years. If you missed this year’s literary prize, you have to catch the opportunity in the coming year. MCU has already built the stage on which you can show off your talent.
