by Sandra Chen After professional judging, the winners of the Four-frame Cartoon Contest, held by English Language Center, have been selected. A piece about environmental protection, created by 4th-year student of Biomedical Engineering Department, Huang, Yan-Chen, won the first-place prize, while Hsu, Yu-Shih, 2nd-year student of School of Tourism won the 2nd place and Ho, Yi-Hsuan, 2nd-year student of Digital Media Design Department won 3rd place. English Language Center notes that the students who participated in this contest are quite talented, commenting: “We sure have a lot of talented students.” Participants who have not won any place, please do not be disappointed, and for those who wanted to participate but didn’t, please carry on and grab the chance next year. We are sure that you will earn good outcomes next time.
