To celebrate the 56th MCU Anniversary, the General Secretary’s Division is going to hold an exhibition ”Endeared to Ming Chuan-Through the years by the brush of Dan-Fong Liang” from March 12, 2013. There are a total of 70 paintings and the opening ceremony will be held in the Arts Center of Sun Yat Sen Auditorium on March 23 (Saturday) after the Anniversary Cocktail Party. Professor Liang has been teaching at Ming Chuan University since 1969. The relationship between Liang and Ming Chuan can be expressed through her paintings of MCU’s Taipei and Taoyuan Campuses and Jihe Complex. Moreover, her works express her love of MCU and illustrate the tracks of MCU’s development. Professor Liang is not only a famous watercolorist at home and abroad, she is also a famous prose writer in Taiwan. She has been teaching at Ming Chuan University for 44 years and painting for more than 70 years. She has traveled and drawn in more than 80 countries and has over 70 volumes of paintings and articles to her credit. Everyone is welcome to come to view Professor Liang’s works to see MCU’s past and present.
