With the deadline of October 1, Scholarships for Southeast Asia Students are open to non-International College students whose academic grade average is over 65 and conduct grade average is over 75, with no demerits. Academic Merit Scholarships for Foreign Students have an application deadline of October 13. To be eligible, students must be full-time foreign students who have finished at least one semester at MCU, with conduct grades over 84 and no demerits. Undergraduates must be taking more than nine credits each semester, with average academic grades over 75 for the most recent semester. Graduate students must be taking more than four credits each semester, with average academic grades over 80 for the most recent semester. Those students who already have a special scholarship from the MOE are not eligible for this category of scholarship.
