By Emily Wang Drama Performances by students of Applied English (AE) and Applied Chinese (AC) held on May 5, 2010 were a great success. Both President Lee and Administrative Vice President Yien came to appreciate the great performances. Instructor and director Morgan Dooley and famous movie critic Wen, Tian-Hsiang played important roles to support the students. The dramas presented were “The Peach Blossom Land” and “In Love with O. Henry, the latter of which featured three short plays, including “While the Auto Waits,” The Love Potion of Ikey Schoenstein” and “Proof of the Pudding.” Students in both AC and AE took on challenges, practiced hard and showed their great potential as the actors and actresses.
