by Emiliy Wang To improve the quality of the study environment for both teachers and students, the Taoyuan campus library 4th floor study area is being expanded. Construction is estimated to be completed before the end of the semester and will increase seats by about 200. During the construction, the university will coordinate with the construction team to minimize the impact for everyone. For the time being, if the noise is too bothersome, alternate spaces available include the main floor study area (near circulation desk on 1st floor), the 3rd floor, or the Self-Study Center in the International Dormitory Building.
