A Grand Gift for the 69th Anniversary: MCU Secures MSCHE Affirmation of Accreditation for the Third Time

Following more than two years of dedicated collaboration among faculty, staff, and students, Ming Chuan University (MCU) is proud to announce it has officially been reaffirmed for accreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).

After a successful on-site visit in October 2025, the Commissioners formally resolved to grant MCU comprehensive reaccreditation on March 12. The official notification arrived on March 17, confirming that the university has once again secured the maximum 8-year accreditation period.

This makes the third time that MCU has been thus recognized, further solidifying its reputation as a pioneer in internationalization and sustaining its unique title as the “Only U.S.-Accredited University in Asia.”

As MCU prepares to celebrate its 69th anniversary, this achievement serves as the ultimate birthday gift, symbolizing over six decades of unyielding excellence and dedication. Ming Chuan University continues to live up to its esteemed name on the global stage.
