The annual conference of International Affairs Master’s / Diplomacy Bachelor’s Programs (GSIA/IAD) was held as scheduled on May 23rd. This year’s conference topic was “The Development of Cross Regional Cooperations: Choices Amidst Constraints.” Setting it apart from previous years, former president of the Republic of China, Dr. Ma, Ying-jeou, accepted the invitation to be the keynote speaker for the conference. Students of both GSIA and IAD programs felt they learned a lot from President Ma’s experiences in handling diplomacy for Taiwan.
