【本刊訊】林文苑等14位教師經本校自行審查教師資格審定通過，並送教育部備查取得證書升聘，並自2019年2月起聘。其中都防系主任林文苑、教務長遲文麗、經濟系呂文正、應中系田富美等4位教師升等教授。
會計系王盈傑、企管系許境頤、財金系王佑鈞、國際外交學程周宛青、心理系朱春林、應中系徐惠玲、應日系吳明穗、體育室羅玉枝等8位教師升等為副教授，英語中心柯大衛、品設系廖瑞堂等2位老師升等助理教授。
4位新科教授升等代表著作論文分別為：林文苑「Applying spatial clustering analysis to a township-level social vulnerability assessment in Taiwan」、遲文麗「Exploring the Effects of Online Academic Help-Seeking and Flipped Learning on Improving Students’ Learning」、呂文正「Renewable energy, carbon emissions, and economic growth in 24 Asian countries: evidence from panel cointegration analysis」、田富美「《清代中晚期理學研究—思想轉化、群體建構與實踐》」，及多篇參考著作。
