In order to promote cultural understanding, the Office of International Student Service hosted a special tour to Yilan on April 28th. The trip provided foreign students with the opportunity to understand local Taiwan culture and to promote friendship through Taiwanese culture. About 40 international students participated in several programs as a part of the tour, such as transplanting rice seedlings and designing a stylish bag. Students also had the opportunity to taste some traditional Taiwanese foods.
