金門分部開辦37期海青班烘焙科秋季班

配合新南向政策並培養海外青年獲得實用知識與生產技能,僑委會委託本校開辦第37期海青班「烘焙科」秋季班(金門分部),即日起開放申請至4/30止,歡迎對烘焙有興趣,在海外出生且已取得當地公民權或永久居留權,或持有中華民國護照已加簽「僑居身分」者,向中華民國駐外使領館或僑委會海外文教服務中心提出申請。

金門分部第37期海青班「烘焙科」秋季班,以培育具有烘焙理論基礎,烘焙產品實際製作能力、自行創業和未來導向餐旅管理理念的烘焙專業人才,「烘焙」課程涵蓋麵包、餅乾、蛋糕、西點、中式點心和糕餅、巧克力裝飾藝術等,以及「餐旅管理」著重在餐飲業的經營管理,包含餐館營運、行銷、菜單設計與成本控制、飲料管理等。

為吸引更多海外青年到金門離島求學,金門縣政府特補助每年新台幣30,800元作為獎助學金,這項福利將提供給第一志願為銘傳大學金門分部烘焙科之同學;此外,錄取37期海青班秋季班金門烘焙科新生還可提出清寒證明,申請每年新台幣2萬元的愛校助學金。第37期海青班秋季班4/30截止報名,歡迎有興趣的同學電郵詢問wendyckc@mail.mcu.edu.tw,或撥打電話詢問+886-2-2882-4564(分機2411)海青班莊凱琪老師。

MCU 37th Overseas Youth Vocational Training School Baking and Pastry Arts Fall Semester at Kinmen Location Now Open for Applications

Ming Chuan University 37th Overseas Youth Vocational Training School Baking and Pastry Arts Program for fall semester at Kinmen‭ ‬Location is commissioned by Overseas Community Affairs Council‭. ‬The goals of the program are to cultivate professional talents in baking industry with basic baking theory‭, ‬ability to make bakery products‭, ‬capability of starting up their own baking industry‭ ‬business‭, ‬and having future-oriented hotel and restaurant concepts‭. ‬Chinese youth who were born overseas and hold citizenship or permanent residence abroad or those youth holding an ROC passport with Overseas Compatriot Identity Endorsement who have interest in the baking industry are warmly welcome to submit their applications to overseas embassies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Taipei Economic and Cultural Offices to be reviewed by the Overseas Community Affairs Council‭.‬
