The Office of International Student Services would like to offer a few travel reminders to our international students. For those who are planning to visit back home or travel abroad, please make sure your ARC is valid and has a multiple-entry permit. Some advice for international students when traveling around: Be sure to have considered everything before you make up your mind to travel. Make certain to have emergency contact information with you; don’t leave home without it. Unless it’s a must, don’t travel alone. Unless absolutely necessary, don’t take a free ride given by a stranger. Unless there is no other option, don’t do things by the seat of your pants. Always take really good care of yourself and your companion(s). Following these tips will help to keep you in great condition mentally, physically, and financially.
