by Betty Hsu In response to the blood donation drive, Student Affairs is mounting a campaign to encourage faculty and students to donate blood. The drive take place from 9:30 – 16:30, April 30 to May 2 in the Arts Center of Sun Yat Sen Auditorium, Taipei Campus or from 9:00 – 16:30, May 6 -10 in the outside basketball court, Taoyuan campus. Participants must be healthy and at least 17 years old to donate. Remember to bring along your photo ID, such as ROC ID card or student ID, when donating. Before donating, you must have breakfast and get enough sleep. If you have a cold or are taking medicines, please do not donate. As an added incentive, all blood donors will receive one recognition point towards their conduct grade for every 250ml of blood donated, or two recognition points for every 500ml of blood donated.
