The Overseas Chinese Affairs Council held its council meeting on 10/30 at Feng Chia Univesrity. During the meeting, the council announced the matriculation results of overseas Chinese class programs on the island. This year, a total of 459 overseas Chinese students applied for the different programs in Ming Chuan University. The Bakery Program offered by the Hospitality Management Department has the highest number of student application in Taiwan (234 applicants). Also, MCU is the top institution in Taiwan with the highest number of overseas Chinese student enrollment. This demonstrates that the university’s effort invested in upholding educational standards is recognized by the overseas Chinese community.
