Aside from the university making strides toward internationalization, students are facing many global challenges, too. More and more overseas students are coming to Ming Chuan. What is the major difficulty for them? It is Communication. Therefore, MCU has held Mr. and Miss International these past 5 years. Continuing that tradition, the 6th Mr. and Miss International first-round selection will be held on April 24 on Taoyuan Campus and May 2 (18:00-21:00) on Taipei Campus (E202), respectively. Those participating will pass from self-introduction, and talent show, to Q&A, sequentially. They can use any method to show themselves off within 9 minutes. On Taipei campus, 4 men and 4 women will be chosen, while on Taoyuan campus, it will be 5 each. They will all win NTD 1000 awards. In the final round, men and women will have both one victor, who will win NTD 10,000 prize money. Feel excited to be part of this event? The last day to sign up at Taoyuan is April 20 before 12 P.M. The shortlists will be published at 15:00 that afternoon and the briefing held immediately. Final call on Taipei campus will be April 26 at 16:00, with a briefing on April 27 at 12:00 in E202.
