by Kenton X. Chance International students from both Taipei and Taiwan campuses were treated to a cultural trip to Yilan on May 15. The trip included visits to the Yilan Traditional Arts Center and Toucheng Farm. At the farm, students were shown how to bake sweet potatoes in a mud kiln, as has been done traditionally. They also designed their own hand-painted t-shirts and tasted traditional Taiwanese food.
