by Teng-Seng Lu In order to ensure sustainable national health insurance system, the Bureau of National Health Insurance (BNHI) has adjusted the insurance rates from 4.55% to 5.17%, effective April 1, 2010. Each international student needs to pay an extra NTD90 monthly to the BNHI. The staff of International Student Services will collect the money from Taipei students, located on the second floor of Building E on Taipei campus. Meanwhile on Taoyuan campus, students can visit the International Student Advising Office to make payments or for any inquiry.
