Final exams are going to be held from January 15 to 19, 2018. Each student’s final examination schedule has been posted under Exam Schedule and Location Query on the Student Information System. The Exam Schedule and Location for time-conflict and cross-campus situations will be announced four days in advance under Exam Schedule and Location Query on the Student Information System as well. Please make sure to bring your stationery items and student ID for the examinations. Students who are more than 15 minutes late for examinations are not allowed to take the examination. Students who cheat during examinations will be punished with a 2nd Level Expulsion. Please do not lose something big over a small action; don’t test the rules. If you forget to bring your ID, please go to the authorized document machine to register for a temporary ID card. So, it is recommended that students get an early start.

Student Affairs Division would like to remind students that students are not allowed to apply for “personal leave” during the final examination period. Students should submit a relevant doctor’s certificate in order to complete sick leave process on the day of the examination; and those requesting other types of leave must submit related documents to Student Advising Section on Taipei campus or Student Affairs Section on Taoyuan campus for a special case leave on an examination day and complete the leave procedure within two days of missing an exam (including the examination day). The leave application deadline is January 19 (Friday) and deadline for submitting the relevant evidence is January 22 (Monday). Late applications will not be accepted. Students who would like to apply for make-up examinations must complete the leave application procedures first. Those who have taken the examinations are prohibited to apply for make-up examinations. The make-up examinations will be held from January 24 to 26, 2018.
