Final examination week is from June 22 to 26. Each student’s final examination schedule has been posted on the Student Information System. Please make sure to bring your student ID for the examinations. If you forget to bring the ID, please go to the automated document machine to register for a temporary ID card, which costs 10 Taiwanese dollars. Students are not allowed to apply for “personal leave” during the final examination period. Students who need to apply for official leave, sick leave, compassionate leave, maternity leave or special leave must submit related documents to Student Advisory Section on Taipei campus and Student Affairs Section on Taoyuan Campus and apply for a special case leave on an examination day and complete the leave procedure within two days of missing an exam (including the examination day). Make-up exams will take place on July 1 and 2. During the summer months of July and August, campus office hours will be from 08:00 to 16:00 Monday thru Thursday. Please be aware of the time change when requesting administrative services during the summer months.
