Students who travel to MERS epidemic areas must understand MERS-related prevention measure in order to avoid being infected. Currently, the highest MERS-CoV infection rate is in the Middle East regions; thus it is advised to have good personal and respiratory hygiene, keep hands clean, avoid close contact with anyone who shows symptom of illness, not ride camels or drink raw camel or animal milk while traveling in those regions in order to reduce MERS infection rates.
