5,000 NTD for the 1st Prize MCU welcomes international students from all over the world who study at MCU to enter. Have you made good friends with a Taiwanese classmate at MCU? MC Magazine is holding “My Best Friend at MCU” English Composition Competition now. You have a chance to win a 5,000 NTD prize by writing a story of 1000 words or less in English sharing something about you and a Taiwanese classmate and attaching 2 photos of you and your friend. “My Best Friend at MCU” English Composition Competition is held by MC Magazine in collaboration with Promoting Teaching Excellence Program Office. All international students who are matriculating toward a degree at MCU (International, Mainland China, Overseas Chinese Students and those on full scholarships) are welcome to submit compositions. All submissions must be in Word format and sent by email to art@mail.mcu.edu.tw with the subject of “My Best Friend at MCU”. The winners not only earn a monetary prize, but also have the chance to publish the awarded works in the 92nd MC Magazine. It would be a notable commemoration of your learning at MCU.
