2013 TICA CUP, organized by International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) and I-Shou University (ISU), took place on Saturday, December 20, 2013 at ISU, Kaohsiung. There were more than 400 ICDF scholars from 19 TICA universities participating in the annual sports event. Sixty-three TaiwanICDF scholarship scholars from International Business and Trade program and Journalism and Mass Communication program at Ming Chuan University (MCU) formed a team for 2013 TICA CUP.
