Final exams will be held next week (6/17-6/21). Students are reminded that no personal leaves are allowed. Students may apply for sick leaves due to illness or hospitalization with a doctor’s certificate of diagnosis. Other leave requests must also include relevant documentation and be sent to the Student Affairs Division or Taoyuan Student Affairs Section for approval within two days of the absence. The deadline for leave applications is 6/21. Leave requests made for 6/21 must be completed online via the Student Network Information System on the same day and documentation must be submitted before 6/24.
