This self check-out and completion of the application to graduate is all that is required for graduation. The last step you need to take is to confirm your university-leaving procedure query online, then bring your student ID card to Academic Affairs in Taipei or Taoyuan. If you need someone to collect your diploma for you, the authorized person needs to bring your student ID card.
