by Veronica Ma The Hospitality Professional Training will be hosting a cake decoration contest this Wednesday (12/26) in the P Building Pavilion. Contestants will be provided with sponge cake, fresh cream, chocolate sprinkles, and other cake decoration tools to work with by the Overseas Chinese Bakery Class and the Hospitality Professional Training. In addition, contestants may take home the cake they worked with. Please sign-up in groups of 4 to 6 and the contest is limited to 12 groups maximum. Please go to Cafe409 (Room 409 in P Building) to sign up with a sign-up fee of NT$200.
