Final exams are going to be held from January 3 to 6, 2017. Each student’s final examination schedule has been posted under Exam Schedule and Location Query on the Student Information System. The Academic Affairs Division reminds students to write down their exam schedule ASAP and remember to bring their student ID cards and stationery items for exams, and be sure to turn off cell phones.
Please make sure to bring your student ID for the examinations. If you forget to bring your ID, please go to the authorized document machine to register for a temporary ID card. Students who cheat during examinations will be punished with a 2nd Level Expulsion. Please do not lose something big over a small action; don’t test the rules. Student Affairs Division reminds everyone that students are not allowed to apply for “personal leave” during the final examination period. Students who need to apply for sick leave or other types of leaves must submit related documents to Student Advising Section on Taipei campus or Student Affairs Section on Taoyuan campus for a special case leave on an examination day and complete the leave procedure within two days of missing an exam (including the examination day). The leave application deadline is January 6 (Friday) and deadline for submitting the relevant evidence is January 9 (Monday). Late applications will not be accepted. Students who would like to apply for make-up examinations must complete the leave application procedures first. Those who have taken the examinations are prohibited to apply for make-up examinations. The make-up examinations will be held from January 11 to 13, 2017.
